8-26-2011 Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners

The Lee County Board of Commissioners will hold a special called meeting on Friday, August 26, 2011, beginning at 8:30 a.m., to consider an Economic Development Administration (EDA) Grant from the Department of Commerce.  The grant will be used for public infrastructure and building renovation to support the expansion of Caterpillar's Lee County campus.  The meeting is open to the public and will be held in the Commissioners' Room, Lee County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, NC.

2011 Fall LITTER SWEEP

Lee County will be holding the fall 2011 LITTER SWEEP roadside cleanup between September 17 - October 1, 2011.  If you are interested in assisting with the cleanup, please contact the local Department of Transportation office at 910-944-7621 for more details.

2011 Sales Assessment Ratio Report

Broadway Library Open House! Aug. 22

Show your support for the Broadway Branch Library by coming to our open house on Aug. 22, 2011 from 3 to 7 pm.  The Broadway Library is located at 206 S. Main St.  There will be refreshments, library cards, and gift bags for the first 100 kids!
