We now have posted all 132 July real estate transactions in Lee County. These may be used to help the tax office estimate market value of properties in its 2013 countywide revaluation. Via the below link you can view the transactions by clicking on the month hyperlink, i.e. July. An Excel file will appear showing all transactions and property information. This information is essential for conducting a good revaluation. If you have information on any of these sales, please fill out a Real Property Sales Questionnaire. Your participation may simply confirm our records or it may flag us to do a field review.
