Via the below link you can view the transactions by clicking on the month hyperlink, i.e. June. An Excel file will appear showing all transactions and property information. This information is essential for conducting a good revaluation. If you have information on any of these sales, please fill out a Real Property Sales Questionnaire. Your participation may simply confirm our records or it may flag us to do a field review.
