In accordance with North Carolina General Statute 105 - 307, the 2011 annual listing period ends Monday, January 31, 2011. A taxpayer must annually list any personal property (boats, unregistered motor vehicles, airplanes, mobile homes, etc.) for taxation. Additionally, a taxpayer must list any improvements to real property during the annual listing period.
