Live Chat Announcement!
Lee County is pleased to announce a new communication medium: Live Chat! The Lee County Tax Office tested this software months ago. Citizens and other stakeholders that used this software during the trial phase were extremely pleased. Now, after running the software through a quality control process, Lee County is offering this as a viable, efficient and effective means of communication.
Currently the software is installed and live for communication with the tax office and information technology departments, but the Lee County Library and Lee County Parks and Recreation should be available through Live Chat within the next 1 - 2 weeks. With this software, you can communicate with the most available county representative and receive and expeditious answer to your inquiry.
How do you access Live Chat? We have a link in three places right now: (1) our main county website, http://www.leecountync.gov/, (2) our Blog , and (3) our Facebook Page. This software allows county staff to perform functions and provide a level of service that may not necessarily be available through the telephone and email. However, please take note that county staff chatting with citizens may also be assisting in-office visitors or answering telephones.
