Save the date for the Lee County Enrichment Center's 9th annual Boomer, Senior & Caregiver Expo on Wednesday, August 31, 2011!  It will be held at the Dennis A Wicker Civic Center in Sanford from 10am - 2:30pm.

Come celebrate Life! Our 2010 Expo was a huge success with over 2,000 participants to enjoy this event! The Boomer, Senior and Caregiver Expo received praise from both exhibitors and attendees. The Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center was bursting at the seams. This year we anticipate even more participants to enjoy this unique event!

Proposed Lee County Animal Control Ordinance

School's Out For Summer-Special Event at San-Lee Park

Summer Meeting Schedule for Commissioners

The Lee County Board of Commissioners approved a revised summer meeting schedule for the months of July, August and September 2011.  The Board will only meet the third Monday of each month unless a special called meeting is required.  The meeting schedule is as follows:

        6 p.m., Monday, July 18, 2011
        6 p.m., Monday, August 15, 2011
        6 p.m., Monday, September 19, 2011 

Summer Reading Program 2011 @ The Lee County Library!

Join the Lee County Library for the 2011 Summer Reading program!  Registration is
free and begins at the library Monday, June 13th for children entering 1st – 6th
